A company is looking for an AI Innovation Lead in Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Drive change management for AI-first and automation-enabled tools across the Marketing organization

Identify, test, implement, and scale AI-powered marketing automations to enhance efficiency and creativity

Design and lead enablement programs to help teams integrate AI into marketing workflows

Required Qualifications

1+ year of experience in driving efficiencies in a Marketing organization using AI and automations

4-6+ years of experience in marketing execution, operations, or program management

Familiarity with integrated marketing disciplines, including campaign management and digital marketing

Experience building or experimenting with AI agents or automation tools

Proven track record in driving adoption of new tools or processes across cross-functional teams
