About the Company
CBT Collective is a growing group of 20+ experienced mental health professionals providing high-quality therapeutic and assessment services, both virtually and in person, across the New York metropolitan area. Our practice is built on gold-standard, evidence-based treatment and a supportive, collaborative atmosphere. We are committed to providing the best possible CBT-based care to our clients. What sets CBT Collective apart is the quality of our care. We've built our training model around the idea that great clinicians are always growing. Regardless of experience, every clinician on our team receives ongoing training and mentorship from nationally and internationally recognized leaders in CBT. These experts are not only at the forefront of the field's primary accrediting body but are also bestselling authors, leaders in top professional organizations, international trainers, and well-established researchers. We strive to offer our clinicians the best possible resources and work environment. We continue to grow our back-office support function to minimize administrative work and allow our clinicians to focus on their clients—so they can achieve the best possible therapeutic outcomes. We also pride ourselves on having an incredible community of dynamic, talented, and engaging clinicians who are a joy to work with every day. We invest heavily in our clinicians' training, offering weekly individual consultation, group consultation, and didactics with nationally and internationally recognized trainers in the field.
