Storekeeper Lead

Under the direct supervision of the Senior Stores Supervisor and general direction of the Director of Mail, Document, and Distribution Services, responsible for daily operations and coordination of staff at the Center for Health Sciences (CHS) central receiving main loading dock located at 650 Charles E. Young Drive A-Level. Annual incoming package volume is approximately 100,000 shipments. Lead and train a team of storekeepers, stores workers, and senior storekeepers to receive, inspect, sort, deliver, obtain signature capture, and provide customer service. Responsible daily loading dock traffic coordination. The Center for Health Sciences main loading dock is the hub for outgoing expedited mail items (UPS, FedEx, DHL) and collection of USPS items for delivery to UCLA Mail Services. Assist with the UCLA central accounts (UPS and FedEx) utilizing vendor-provided software for outbound package shipments. In the absence of the Senior Stores Supervisor, manage the loading dock area and staff.

Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
