Optomi, in partnership with a leading food-delivery service, is looking for a Platform Implementation Manager to join their Platform Merchant Experience team. The Platform Implementation Manager will play a vital role in onboarding and implementing the company’s Platform products. This role requires a proactive individual who can act as the merchant's primary point of contact, troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure a seamless transition from current digital ordering solutions to the company’s offerings. The position involves educating merchants on product functionality, managing project implementations, and providing operational support during the initial weeks of product usage.

Experience of the right candidate :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.3-5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project management, and / or account management.Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales and account management teams.Strong presentation and communication skills for both internal and external customers.Tech-savvy with curiosity and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Responsibilities of the right candidate :
Drive merchant onboarding and implementation with clear, concise communication.Manage project implementations for online ordering, mobile apps, loyalty, and gift card programs.Train merchants on the company’s products and functionalities.Troubleshoot merchant technical issues and escalate when necessary.Collect and register feedback from merchants to improve workflows and product offerings.Collaborate with sales and account management teams to address implementation challenges.Share product and operational feedback to shape team trajectory and offerings.Meet service and timeline goals while adapting to an evolving work environment.
