Willamette Valley Vineyards is looking for an energetic team leader and customer-focused individual to be part of our Lake Oswego Tasting Room. We are looking for Tasting Room Leads who have at least one year of experience managing a Tasting Room or a restaurant.
Tasting Room Lead Position Overview :
Our Tasting Room Leads are responsible for creating a world-class food and wine experience while delivering excellent customer service for guests.

Responsibilities :
Serve guests by pouring wines for tastings, taking orders, providing information to help with wine and food selections, and promoting the sale of wine, wine club memberships, and non-wine products.Resolves customer service issues, and assists in overseeing front-of-house staff.Serves as the Tasting Room Person in Charge (PIC) when the Tasting Room Manager is not present.Open and closing the Tasting Room when the manager is not present.Cash handling and administrative tasks as requested from General Manager.Requirements :
High school diploma or similar.Previous management experience a plus.A valid / current OLCC and Food Handler’s Card (or be willing to obtain prior to start date).Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and on-site winery events. Most of these events are held over holiday weekends such as Memorial Day and ThanksgivingPrioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.Communicate through active listening skills and gather insight into human behavior.Willamette Valley Vineyards is an equal opportunity employer.
