We have an immediate need and are currently seeking a successful sales person with a proven track record. The candidate must possess the following knowledge, experience and personal characteristics : Strong work ethic and proven track record of sales growth and identifying and developing sales with both new customers and / or new markets. Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and exhibit great time-management skills. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and be able to tailor them to a specific industry, customer or internal need. Must have previous success with Sales activities including the development and implementation of a sales plan that includes measurable goals. This position will require travel estimated to be 10-15% maximum. Candidate must be people orientated with the innate ability to read people and situations and react to them in a way that results in a positive outcome for K&G. Preferred background in a manufacturing industry. Will be a part of a success-oriented team with a can-do attitude and the candidate must have the same drive to work as a team and succeed.
