About the role

We are seeking a Nuclear Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to support the implementation and oversight of our 10CFR50 Appendix / NQA-1 and ASME Sections III and VIII programs within our manufacturing facility. This role reports to the AaloAtomics QA Director and is critical in ensuring compliance with nuclear safety and quality standards while driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

NQA-1 Quality Assurance Leadership :

• Develop, implement, and maintain an NQA-1 compliant Quality Assurance Program , ensuring full adherence to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and NRC regulations.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, audits, and approvals to ensure nuclear-grade material and component compliance.
• Establish processes for nonconformance reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Lead internal and external audits, surveillances, and regulatory reviews with ASME, NRC, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and provide NQA-1 QA training to all Aalo Atomics personnel.
