• And much more\n\nPosition Summary : \n\nWomen Services RN demonstrates clinical competence and efficiency in care of the patient in labor, delivery, postpartum and newborn, as defined in hospital and departmental policies, professional practice, standards / guidelines , and the Law / rules regulating the practice of Nursing (AZ board of nursing website @www.AZBN.gov)\n\nCollaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual / psychosocial support needs.\n\nWorks as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n
• Must have an Associate's Degree in nursing. Bachelor's degree preferred.\n
• Must have an active RN License from Arizona or a compact license.\n
• Must have BLS or obtain within 30 days of hire.\n
• Must have ACLS or obtain within 90 days of hire.\n
• Must have NRP at time of hire.\n
• Must obtain Basic Fetal Monitoring within 30 days of hire.\n
• Must obtain NIH Stroke Scale within 90 days of hire.\n
