Job Description
We’re looking for a compassionate, family-centered Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Ewa Beach. At Ho‘omau Autism Services, we believe in excellence, humility, gratitude, and having fun while doing meaningful work. As a BCBA with us, you’ll guide our team, partner with families, and help create positive, lasting change for the families we serve.
What You’ll Do
- Get to know each client through thoughtful assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
- Track progress with simple, effective data systems so our team always knows what’s working.
- Support, mentor, and collaborate with our RBTs to ensure high-quality, heart-centered services.
- Partner closely with families and caregivers so they feel confident, supported, and empowered.
- Keep clear, accurate session notes and documentation.
- Train staff on intervention strategies and model best practices with kindness and clarity.
- Stay connected to current ABA research and innovative ways to improve care.
- Design and lead fun, meaningful social skills groups for learners of all ages and abilities.
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.A strong understanding of behavior support strategies and data-driven decision-making.Comfort with clinical documentation (we’ll train you on our systems!).Experience in home, school, or clinic-based ABA is a plus.A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.Why Join Ho‘omau Autism Services?
