Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnering with a leading organization to recruit a Project / Program Manager with 5+ years of experience in CPG, pharmaceutical, or pet food environments. This is a high-performing, hybrid role supporting complex Innovation & Renovation (I&R) initiatives across multiple brands, segments, and functions. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at cross-functional leadership, and bring a strong background in program and project management, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact.

Location : St. Louis, MO

Hybrid Schedule : MondayThursday onsite, remote Fridays 8am-5pm

Competitive Pay : Up to $63.46 / hour

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver I&R projects of varying complexity (multi-brand, multi-segment)
• Mobilize project resources and onboard new team members efficiently
• Develop, control, and monitor end-to-end project plans
• Drive delivery against scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives
• Proactively manage risks, changes, and dependencies while enabling fast decision-making
• Manage and align stakeholders across all organizational functions
• Capture learnings and continuously drive process improvement
