Job Opening : Senior HR Business Partner
Ready to drive real impact? We’re looking for a seasoned HR pro who can partner with leadership, lead a team, and keep people strategies sharp and compliant across multiple states. This role is 100% onsite in Bergen County, NJ.
What You’ll Do :
Advise leaders and managers on all things people—think employee relations, org design, workforce planning, and performance.
Lead and develop a team of HR Generalists, ensuring smooth execution of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, compensation, exits).
Handle complex employee relations issues with confidence and fairness.
Keep us on the right side of federal and state employment laws—monitor risk, update policies, and guide leaders through change.
Champion programs in compensation, benefits, learning, and HR operations.
Use data and analytics to inform decisions and measure HR impact.
Coach managers to lead with accountability and address underperformance head-on.
Foster a culture of inclusion, feedback, and growth.
Lead strategic HR projects, including compliance audits and policy development.
Ensure workplace safety practices are embedded in all HR processes.
What You Bring :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus)
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior HRBP or advisory role
Proven leadership of HR teams in multi-state environments
Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law and compliance
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, matrixed organizations
Strong understanding of workplace safety and workers’ comp (preferred)
HR certifications (SHRM-CP / SCP, PHR / SPHR, or similar) preferred

Pay Details : $125,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
