Co-Op Summary

INCOG is looking for a highly motivated Co-Op to join our growing Operations, Engineering, or Quality team in 2026. The successful candidate will be integral in supporting manufacturing processes for our state-of-the-art facility. The position requires enthusiasm, passion, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to the production of rare disease drugs. Under guidance of a mentor, the Co-op student will be assigned to a department and / or project to execute projects that increase process efficiencies, reduce cycle time and cost, and improve overall quality of execution.

What the Co-ops will be exposed to

• Panoramic view of how the industry works, how decisions are made, how pipelines are built and progressed, and how important your professional networks, connections and collaborations will be in defining your long-term career experience
• Fundamentals of biopharmaceutical manufacturing necessary to solve problems as a member of an integral team at INCOG
• Expert groups in the areas of Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain
• State-of-the-art bioprocessing approaches, automation and technologies, equipment and facilities used for manufacturing modern biopharmaceuticals
