Job Summary :

The CRE Strategy Integration Manager (SIM) acts as the liaison between Acrisure Corporate Real Estate and Workplace (CREW) and various lines of business, using market and industry knowledge to optimize the real estate portfolio based on cost and user experience, and transferring information to financial models and briefings to support real estate decisions.

Responsibilities :

• Subject Matter Expert in unique real estate related requirements, to include RESPA separation requirements, engagement with clients and employees, and privacy needs based on roles and title, across diverse business lines including retail insurance, mortgage, title, and corporate business and functions.
• Connect regularly with business operational leaders for updated business growth plans, and translate those plans to corporate initiatives, including Return-to-Office (RTO) and location consolidations to enhance collaboration, cross-selling, and culture.
• Creation of market-based plans, spanning multiple lines of business, to optimize locations and square footage across North America, incorporating local rental rates, building and market amenities, lease expirations, and space / design standards.
• Individual analysis of supply (real estate) and demand (seat needs) in a market and building, to include spreadsheet analysis of employees and locations, interviews with business leaders to assess data accuracy, integration with HR to determine accommodations allowing remote work, and preliminary floor / space analysis prior to handoff to occupancy planning and leasing.
