Key Responsibilities

Lead IT security initiatives and ensure SOC 2 compliance

Optimize critical systems to enhance operational efficiency for revenue-generating teams

Provide technical support and enhance employee productivity through effective tool management

Required Qualifications

4+ years of IT administration experience in startup or SaaS environments

Deep expertise in macOS fleet management

Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, Jira Service Management, and Dialpad

Experience with SOC 2 audits or similar compliance frameworks

Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage projects autonomously
