Key Responsibilities Gather customer requirements and translate them into best-practice solutions Act as the primary technical contact on assigned opportunities and manage the opportunity pipeline Develop and present solutions based on business requirements, ensuring accurate scoping for implementation Required Qualifications 4+ years of working experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in a technical role supporting B2B IT or IT consulting sales Professional qualification or a degree in a technical discipline 2+ years of experience in ISP / Data Center / Managed Services or related industries providing technical sales support Familiarity with system administration on Linux and Windows, and knowledge of virtualization technologies Industry certifications such as Linux+, RHCSA, RHCE, MCSE, or CCNA are desirable
