LaSalle Network has teamed up with a leading non-profit that supports children and their families across the Chicagoland. They are looking for a Recruiter to join their team who can focus on recruiting across the organization. This role is essential for maintaining momentum and ensuring our hiring processes remain efficient and effective. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the Director of Human Resources along with the Chief People Officer to help hire top talent for the organization. As a Recruiter, you will manage various recruitment activities, supporting a range of departments with diverse hiring needs. You'll work closely with hiring managers to post jobs, identify top talent and guide candidates through the hiring process.

Recruiter Responsibilities :

• Manage open requisitions, including roles such as Drivers, Therapist, Administrative Staff and other clinical and non-clinical positions across the organization
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and desired candidate profiles
• Post job openings on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn
• Screen candidates, conduct phone interviews and set up interviews
• Facilitate new hire paperwork and send offer letters
• Source for bilingual roles and other positions requiring additional outreach efforts
• Utilize the ATS (ADP) to manage applicant flow and recruitment processes

Recruiter Requirements :

This is a contract to hire opportunity and is looking to pay $70,000-$75,000 upon conversion.
