Join our Stablecoin Payments team and contribute to revolutionizing global finance. We are creating the foundational infrastructure for stablecoin-based payments to facilitate fast, secure, and scalable money transfers worldwide.

Your Responsibilities :

• Design, create, and maintain backend systems and infrastructure for stablecoin pay-ins, payouts, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for key projects, ensuring accountability from design to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, infrastructure, and compliance to create robust and scalable solutions.
• Work with various teams across Coinbase to integrate stablecoin functionalities into core products.
• Develop internal and external APIs that empower businesses and partners to utilize stablecoin transactions seamlessly.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability challenges within systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and help foster a strong, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture.
• Stay informed about the rapidly evolving crypto landscape to identify opportunities for enhancing utility, adoption, and innovation in stablecoin infrastructure.

Pay Transparency Notice : Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full-time offers from Coinbase also include bonus eligibility, equity eligibility, and benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).

Pay Range : $186,005 - $218,900 USD
