Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Assistant / Records Clerk to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. This individual will be responsible for assisting with medical tasks and maintaining accurate records for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with medical tasks such as scheduling appointments, taking vitals, and preparing patients for exams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all clients
• Ensure all medical records are kept confidential and in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Communicate with medical providers and insurance companies to obtain necessary information and authorizations
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of medical records
• Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and organizing paperwork
• Maintain a clean and organized medical office environment
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families
