• Junior Design Engineer
• , you will play a key role in supporting the intake and execution of company-wide innovation projects. Youll work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to develop visual design packages, build plans, and bill-of-materials for cutting-edge network and product architectures. This is a hands-on, learning-intensive role ideal for someone passionate about technology, eager to grow, and ready to contribute to real-world engineering solutions.
• Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the design and documentation of MSO architectures including CRAN, DAA, NDC, HFC, and cloud video.
• Support the creation of visual design packages, build plans, and bill-of-materials.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams to troubleshoot issues and develop implementation strategies.
• Participate in technical discovery, project planning, and financial tracking.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering operations and tooling, including DCIM systems.

• Preferred Skills & Experience
• Familiarity with MSO architectures (e.g., HFC, DAA, PON).
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Smartsheet.
• Basic understanding of IP / RF / Optical networks and critical infrastructure systems.
• Exposure to Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) concepts.
• Ability to analyze technical challenges and contribute to strategic solutions.

Job Types : Full-time, Contract

Pay : Up to $28.00 per hour
