Job descriptionActive Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in MO Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or acute care strongly preferred. Experience in staff development, education, or leadership roles is a plus. Strong communication, teaching, and mentoring skills. Ability to lead staff training with patience, clarity, and professionalism. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for SNFs. Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities. Develop, coordinate, and conduct orientation and ongoing education for nursing staff. Assess staff competencies and provide hands-on training to ensure clinical excellence. Maintain required annual in-service trainings and ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Assist in developing educational materials, policies, and procedure updates. Support quality assurance initiatives and participate in performance improvement activities. Provide clinical coaching on the floor to build staff confidence and skill proficiency. Track employee certifications, training deadlines, and competency evaluations
