Job descriptionValid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience in care-giving preferred but not required Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others Competitive compensation : $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Bi-weekly pay schedule Flexible shifts with on-the-job training Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Administer medication reminders to ensure clients adhere to their prescribed regimens. Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary. Engage in meaningful conversations and provide companionship to clients. Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate individuals. Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up common areas and doing laundry. Prior experience in care-giving or a related field is preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients and their families. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Competitive compensation : $15 - $18 per hour. Flexible working hours.
