ABOUT THIS ROLE

In this role, you are the connector — the person who asks the right questions, understands the customer’s business and goals, and brings the right experts to the table.

You’ll build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, guiding conversations with clarity and integrity. Your role is to deeply understand customers’ needs, communicate effectively, and coordinate efforts so that our engineers, estimators, and technicians can deliver the right solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the key liaison between customers and our technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Ask insightful questions to fully understand customer challenges and business drivers.
  • Present Oklahoma Chiller’s value proposition with honesty and confidence, emphasizing service and partnership.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, estimators, and technicians to coordinate proposals and project details.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract execution, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers and internal teams to support relationship growth.
  • Stay current on industry trends and company offerings to effectively represent Oklahoma Chiller.
  • Embody and promote our mission, vision, and values in every interaction.

  • Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions : Total compensation typically ranges from $75,000 to $200,000+ annually, depending on performance.
  • Health Insurance : 100% employer-paid for employees; 50% coverage for dependents.
  • Dental and Vision Insurance : 100% employer-paid for employees.
  • Profit Sharing Bonus : 3% annual bonus based on company performance.
  • 401(k) Match : 4% company match to help you plan for the future.
