As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

What You'll Do

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Schedule and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
• Coordinate, oversee and / or lead repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Leads and prepares capital projects and operating budget and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Owns vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
• Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $115,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $130,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits : 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
