About the Opportunity

A well-established design-build and construction management firm in the Pittsburgh area is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join their growing team. This company is “big enough to matter, small enough to care” - known for its hands-on leadership, client focus, and collaborative environment that values people as much as projects.

As a Project Engineer, you’ll gain exposure to all phases of construction - from estimating and scheduling to project coordination and execution - while being mentored by experienced leaders. This role offers a direct path to Project Manager , supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with project coordination, documentation, submittals, RFIs, and cost control
• Support estimating, scheduling, and preconstruction planning
• Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality execution
• Gain exposure to budgeting, procurement, and on-site project management
• Learn and grow under senior leadership with a clear track to advancement
