Key Responsibilities
Develop communication materials for onboarding, learning updates, and process changes
Draft tactical assets such as announcements, job aids, and leader talking points
Coordinate reviews, edits, and approvals with stakeholders and track communication timelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of 4 years of experience in internal communications or content development
Proficiency in MS Office Products (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PPT, Excel)
Strong organization and version control skills
Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
