Purchasing Manager

C&C Wholesale Distributors is looking for a Purchasing Manager to join our Dallas, TX team. Our ideal candidate has experience in purchasing with some knowledge of the flooring industry. We are looking for someone who is detailed oriented, a fast learner, problem solver, and has great communication skills. C&C is seeking a team player who can help continue our growth in the floor covering industry.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

I. Inventory Control

• Thoroughly understand reports needed to purchase
• Assist Inventory Control to ensure duplicate items are eliminated
• Develop and maintain procedures for inventory processing (i.e. receiving, transfers, shipping, will call, etc.)
• Advise best practices for efficiently transferring inventory between branches to improve turnover and satisfy customer needs
• Review inventory in all locations
