About The Position

Responsibilities :

• Set up surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment, ensuring all are properly sterilized and organized before each procedure.
• Function as the primary scrub tech by passing instruments, anticipating surgical needs, and maintaining the sterile field throughout the operation.
• Adhere strictly to infection control, sterilization, and patient safety standards as outlined by hospital policies and national guidelines.
• Assist with patient positioning, skin preparation, and draping; perform surgical counts and handle instrument decontamination after procedures.
• Work effectively with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists to ensure efficient workflow and support patient care outcomes.
