Business Intelligence (BI) Program Manager

100% Remote (must live in the United States and be willing to work central or east coast hours)

SUMMARY

This role is focused on driving the strategy and execution of the enterprise-wide Business Intelligence and Reporting function. We primarily leverage Power BI, with data coming from Snowflake. This role will interface with key business stakeholders to understand business goals from a BI perspective, develop a roadmap to meet these goals and oversee the delivery of the solutions in the roadmap.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Program Management

• Define the development and delivery strategy of multiple programs and projects
• Develop and maintain a deep and broad understanding of Link's business
• Engage with business stakeholders to create and manage an efficient programs that equitably handle competing priorities across multiple teams
• Define and manage performance measures that build confidence in the programs and projects, and ensure delivered programs meet the needs and goals of the business
