Job description

Medasource is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : ED - Emergency Department
  • Discipline : RN
  • Start Date : ASAP
  • Duration : 13 weeks
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift : 12 hours, nights
  • Employment Type : Travel

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

  • Compassion, Sense of Urgency, Team player
  • Skills in rapidly identifying Sepsis, STEMI, Stroke and Trauma

    • Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

  • Experience with airway management / ventilators
  • Strong Critical Thinking Skills

    • List typical procedures performed on unit(s) :

  • Splinting, wound care, IV-starts, medication admin,
  • Assessments, Re-assessments, documentation, oversight of EMT-P’s

    • Best personality Fit :

  • Compassionate Care Giver (non-abrasive)

    • REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS :

  • BLS, ALS, TNCC, CPI or equivalent, PALS or ENPC,
