Apartment Leasing Consultant

Join our team as an Apartment Leasing Agent and turn great tours into happy move-ins!

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, Apartment Leasing Specialist.

Job Responsibilities :

• Interacting with prospective residents
• Communicating the value and overall experience of living at the community
• Securing lease agreements
• Initiate the process to screen prospective residents
• Communicates lease expirations and facilitates lease renewals
• Assists with property marketing activities and resident events

Required Qualifications :

Pay ranges from $18 to $19 per hour, depending on experience.

Luxury property, lease-up, rehab, and tax credit experience are a plus as well!
