Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Bronx, New York.

SHIFT : 7AM - 3PM NO WKNDS

DURATION : 13WKS

LIC : NY RN LIC

MISC : 5X8s NOT NEGOTIABLE. GUARANTEED 35HRS AFTER BREAKS

Perform physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and collect detailed patient histories

Document assessments and care in the electronic health record

Provide patient and family education regarding test results, treatments, and care plans

Administer medications and treatments, including :

Vaccinations

IV therapy and oxygen therapy

Wound care

Comprehensive medication administration via multiple routes (IM, PO, SQ, ID, IV, topical, inhalation, ocular, vaginal, rectal)

Start, maintain, and discontinue peripheral IVs; manage central lines with appropriate certification

Provide triage (in-person and phone) for patient concerns

Monitor and assess patient response to procedures, anesthesia, and treatments

Execute prescribed medical regimens and develop patient-centered plans of care
