Senior Project Manager - Commercial Retail Projects

We're looking for construction professionals with a high degree of dedication to their craft who are looking for a long-term growth path.

Project areas include : Tenant Improvement, Retail, Restaurant, Manufacturing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and industry technology : Procore, etc.
• Proficient in project management software and tools, with experience in Procore preferred.
• Significant experience with Restaurant, Retail, Tenant Improvement projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Benefits

Base salary : $125,000 - $180,000
