Current Need : We are seeking an exceptionally talented and driven Director of Program Management to lead the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to our business success. This role will own the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-impact programs, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and proven leader who can drive accountability while enabling teams to do their best work.

This role reports directly to the VP / GM of MomentimRx. You will have significant opportunities for professional growth, including leading larger initiatives, expanding your team, and influencing strategic direction at the executive level. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-team programs from inception to completion.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
• Build and maintain detailed program roadmaps, tracking progress against milestones and proactively managing risks and dependencies.
• Drive program governance, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and alignment across stakeholders at all levels.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, evaluate trade-offs, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Provide clear reporting and visibility into program status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Mentor and guide program and project managers, raising the overall maturity of program management practices.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position $134,700 - $224,500
