Schedule : Day 7 : 00 am 3 : 30 pm with every other weekend commitment

Reports to : Manager Operations Environmental Services

Position Purpose :

Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is looking for a full-time EVS Floor Tech to join our Environmental Services Team!

What You Will Do :

• Responsible for all floor care work including routine mopping (dry and damp) buffing waxing and burnishing all hard surfaces.
• Provides floor maintenance; including but not limited to vacuuming shampooing and extracting carpets stairwells and upholstery.
• Performs preventive maintenance checks on all equipment prior to use and at the end of shift.
• Provides other cleaning services such as dusting routine restroom offices halls and classrooms or other duties as assigned.
• Follow all safety requirements and procedures at all times.
• Required to work holidays as needed.
