Outpatient Therapist

We are currently hiring a full time Licensed Therapist- Outpatient Services. The facility provides a full assortment of care which includes assessments, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, partial-hospitalization, intensive outpatient psychiatric treatment as well as chemical dependency outpatient care. Monday through Friday, 9am 6pm

Pay scale : $40-$61 / hr based on experience.

The Licensed Therapist will provide therapeutic services to patients in a variety of formats including individual, group, and family therapies to address a range of mental health and emotional needs. The Licensed Therapist is a part of the multidisciplinary team of outpatient services reporting to the program manager. They carry a caseload, facilitate groups, and conduct individual therapy using a combination of evidence-based treatment interventions consistent with research findings, education, training, and experience. They exercise sound judgment and clinical excellence and sustain therapeutic alliance and patient satisfaction.

Hospital is convenently located near public transportation options such as AC Transit, BART, and the ACE Train.
