Location : Miamisburg clinic (ability to help at nearby clinics when needed)

Now Hiring : Care Coordinator

As a Care Coordinator, you'll guide patients through their treatment journey—from understanding care plans to navigating insurance and finances. You’ll play a vital role in making the process seamless, informative, and reassuring. We are looking for a self-driven go getter to join our team!

What You'll Do :

• Serve as a key point of contact for patients, helping them move confidently through care
• Reduce cancellations by proactively rescheduling and addressing concerns
• Prep appointments with cost estimates and insurance info
• Communicate procedure details, financial options, and pre / post-op instructions
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth patient experience
• Support multiple clinics virtually or in person, as needed
• Educate and schedule patients for procedures
• Must be comfortable discussing out of pocket costs in a healthcare setting
• Work onsite in clinic meeting with patients
• Crosstrain as a Medical Assistant and Patient Services Representative
• work at Miamisburg and help at our Easton clinic as needed
