JOB PURPOSE / POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant to support the financial management of landscape construction projects, including parks, roadways, and commercial developments. This role is critical in ensuring accurate job costing, timely billing, and budget tracking across multiple active projects. The ideal candidate will have strong construction accounting experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with both field and office teams.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Financial Management

• Set up and maintain job cost tracking for multiple projects, including budgets, commitments, and change orders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor costs and track progress against estimates.
• Analyze variances and provide timely financial insights to support project decision-making.
