  • The Atmosphere speaks for itself - a 6,200 square foot timber frame structure, rustic fireplace, and spectacular sports bar sets us apart.
  • The Ammunition is the amazing libations and food that we create, execute and serve to our patrons.
  • Attitude is the most secret ingredient - it’s our team, their smiling faces, and their personality that brings the entire puzzle together.

    • Job Description / Responsibilities :

  • Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment per food safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean workstation area as per restaurant protocols, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves.
  • Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards.
  • Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products we serve.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor, sous-chef, or executive chef.

    • Candidate Requirements :

  • Legal age and older.
  • Trustworthy transportation to travel to work.
  • Be available to work evenings and weekends and work as scheduled.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
