Overview

We are currently seeking an Intermediate TADSS Operator – Air Defense Artillery (ADA) to support critical military training operations at Fort Sill, Oklahoma . In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and support of ADA Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS). You will work directly with U.S. and international military students, ensuring simulation systems are fully operational, aligned with Programs of Instruction (POI), and capable of supporting both classroom and field-based training.
This position is vital to maintaining mission readiness and the delivery of high-fidelity air and missile defense training.

Key Responsibilities
TADSS Operation & Student Support
Operate and maintain ADA TADSS systems to support military training missions.
Provide direct, hands-on support to U.S. and international military students during institutional and professional military education programs.
Align simulation-based training with POIs and instructor guidance.
System Configuration & Diagnostics
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and networking components on TADSS platforms.
Support system administration on both Microsoft and Linux-based operating systems.
Conduct daily assessments to ensure all systems are operational and mission-ready.
Perform system integration tests and hardware / software fault diagnostics.
Training Documentation & Technical Reporting
Document training events and prepare student performance summaries as required.
Follow technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to support effective troubleshooting and repairs.
Assist with implementing, testing, and validating software updates and system changes.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience
Active SECRET clearance is required.
Graduate of any Air Defense Artillery (ADA) MOS-producing course
OR Minimum 2 years of air and missile defense experience
OR Minimum 1 year operating ADA TADSS systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
Ability to interpret technical documentation including schematics and diagrams.
Experience with ADA systems such as Patriot , THAAD , or SHORAD platforms.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training preferred.
Certifications
No specific certifications required.
