Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial contracts for the Certified Verification Agent (CVA) during design, fabrication, transport, and installation activities.
Coordinate certification processes for offshore assets (cables, substations, foundations, wind turbine generators).
Oversee preparation and federal review of facility as-builts, critical safety systems, commissioning reports, and fabrication / installation reports per 30 CFR Part 285 .
Collaborate with environmental permitting teams to maintain technical consistency across federal and state permits.
Review schedules to identify regulatory milestones and ensure timely submissions.
Evaluate certification audit and inspection reports; recommend and implement corrective actions.
Provide expert guidance on regulatory and certification standards.
Coordinate document reviews and site inspections with the CVA for each work package.
Required Skills & Experience
5-7 years of project management experience (preferably in energy or transmission industries).
Strong knowledge of 30 CFR Part 285 regulations.
Experience with offshore renewable energy or other regulated infrastructure projects.
Proficiency with document control systems and project scheduling tools.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to lead and coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.
