Position Overview

As a Fire Contents Packing & Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for carefully packing, cleaning, and restoring contents affected by fire damage. You will work directly with our trained employees to ensure that all items are treated with the highest level of care and professionalism. Your work will play a vital role in our customers' recovery process after experiencing a fire loss.

Key Responsibilities

• Contents Packing : Safely and efficiently pack personal belongings, furniture, and other items affected by fire damage, ensuring proper documentation and inventory of each item.
• Fire Damage Cleaning : Clean and restore items, including furniture, and personal possessions, using specialized equipment and techniques to remove soot, smoke, and odors.
• Inventory Management : Track and document all items for restoration, ensuring accurate inventory records for the customer.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the restoration team to ensure the property is restored to pre-loss condition and timelines are met.
• Safety Compliance : Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while handling contents and working in affected areas.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all contents are returned to the customer in a safe and cleaned condition, maintaining high standards of restoration.
