COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Cardiac anesthesia administration

General anesthesia for inpatient and outpatient procedures

Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), if certified

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses : Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

Certifications : - Board Certified / Board Eligible in Anesthesiology - Cardiac anesthesia training or equivalent experience, or TEE certification

Experience : Prior cardiac anesthesia experience preferred

Other Qualifications : - Commitment to clinical excellence and teamwork - Interest in joining a community-focused, high-quality healthcare organization

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide anesthesia services for cardiac procedures and general surgery cases

Collaborate with Cath Lab staff, cardiac teams, and surgical departments

Participate in case reviews, planning, and protocol development

Maintain patient safety and procedural accuracy across varied settings

Engage in continuous improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
