Key Responsibilities
Communicate changes to front office administration procedures, including scheduling and verifications
Route escalated calls to the appropriate department and personnel
Schedule appointments, verify insurance information, and maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
