Administrative Office Assistant
The Washington State Supreme Court seeks a hardworking and highly motivated individual to be our Administrative Office Assistant, who is responsible for a variety of clerical, receptionist, and administrative functions in support of the work of the Clerk's Office.
Under the direction of the Supreme Court Clerk, Deputy Clerk and Office Manager, this job independently performs a wide variety of technical, administrative, and clerical tasks, with limited supervision. Independent judgment and discretion are applied within the bounds of established office policies and procedures.
Position details : Job # 2025-73, Status : Regular, Full-Time, Location : Olympia, Washington, Salary : Range 48 : $51,840 - $67,992 per year (DOQ), Opens : October 15, 2025, Closes : October 22, 2025. Qualifications
Associate's degree from an accredited college or business school AND two years of administrative / secretarial / clerical experience (preference will be given for appellate or trial court experience). OR Graduation from high school or GED AND four years of clerical / secretarial experience (preference will be given for appellate or trial court experience). A combination of education and experience may be considered in meeting the qualifications.
