Description

The IS&T Retail Engineering organization is seeking individuals to lead Strategic Programs : large, complex, multi-year initiatives that shape the development of both software and hardware solutions. In this role, you will define and implement strategies that align cross-functional teams, drive clarity in ambiguous business challenges, and deliver scalable solutions that contribute to our platform's long-term success. You will use technical depth, strategic systems thinking, and high-impact communication to navigate complexity and influence key decisions across engineering, product, and business domains. Our ideal candidate thrives in structuring ambiguity into actionable roadmaps, balancing long-term vision with near-term execution. They excel at leading cross-team dependencies, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and aligning diverse technical and business priorities. With a strong understanding of engineering workflows and architecture, they can navigate complex trade-offs, challenge assumptions, and ensure solutions are both scalable and impactful.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM), Engineering Program Manager (EPM), Engineering Lead, or Product Lead.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
