Shift : Nights (PM) 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM

Hours : 40 hours / week (5 × 8s)

On-Call : None

Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend

Overview :

HumanEdge Health is seeking a Psychiatric RN for an adult inpatient psychiatric unit in Bridgeport, CT. This travel assignment offers a consistent 40-hour schedule with no on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

Provide psychiatric nursing care for adult patients in an inpatient setting.

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to implement individualized treatment plans.

Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and provide therapeutic interventions.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital and regulatory policies.

Work every other weekend as part of the schedule.

Requirements :

Active Connecticut RN license

BLS required

Minimum 1+ year of psychiatric nursing experience

Experience in adult psychiatric care preferred

Flexible for weekend coverage; travelers available for mostly weekends are highly preferred

Shift Notes :

2 travelers needed for 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

2 travelers needed for 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM

Shift times may be negotiable; discuss with manager
