Job descriptionA strong commercial credit background including demonstrated ability in financial analysis and credit evaluation Proven track record of managing commercial loan portfolios Established record of business development, as well as demonstrated excellence in communication and customer service skills Active understanding of current banking regulations and compliance requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field Three or more years of progressive management experience in Commercial Lending preferred

Summary
As an experienced Commercial Loan Officer in this role, you will be a primary business developer in originating Commercial Real Estate and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Loans. At our bank, loans are decisively handled quicker and with more care than in the big banks. You will enjoy a culture of trust and support that is the hallmark of our organization.
As a Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer your key responsibilities will include :
- C&I and CRE Lending
- Portfolio Management
- Reviewing Credit and Loan Structure
- Networking and developing new business within the community
- Proactively communicate and contribute ideas
