Job Title : Application Support Engineer

Location : Raleigh, NC- work from office 3 days a week

Duration : Long term Contract

Must have skills : ServiceNow or some ticketing system. Must have experience with prod Support.

Look for 1 to 3 years of total experience only.

Job Description :

We are looking for someone to be part of our Application Support Team. Following are key requirements :

• Some experience in doing Application Support.
• Knowledge of some programming language and SDLC
• Experience with Service Now
• Preferring computer science graduate
• Ability to work in shifts and / or be on call outside US business hours.
• Ability to quickly triage and react to incoming incidents and route them to appropriate party.
