Job description : Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated Retail Sales Associates to join our team. This role involves creating an exceptional customer experience through engaging interactions, assisting with purchases, maintaining a clean and organized store, and sewing patches onto hats and products as part of our customization offerings. Basic sewing machine skills is desired, but can train you in on it as well.

Responsibilities :

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Operate the register and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with product selection and customization options.
• Use a sewing machine to attach patches to hats and other products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management.
• Support store events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Uphold company policies and ensure a positive and safe shopping environment.
