Pharmacy Technician Data Entry (2nd Shift)

SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

Responsibilities :

• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
• Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility / department and in accordance with cutoff times.
• Clarify orders as needed.
